Yoga 101

A mix of fast paced yoga with endurance building postures. All levels are welcomed and a yoga background is not necessary.

Boxardio Boxing Class


Instructor: RONNIE

This class will teach the fundamentals of boxing and provide a total workout all in one. "Boxardio" is a one hour group class which includes cardio, core strength and circuit training.

HIIT Class


Instructor: SHAWNA

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, glucose metabolism, and fat burning.

Crushin' CORE Movement


Instructor: DARRELL

You want power, strength, a lean body, and that six pack? Crushin’ CORE Movement focuses on building your core, enhancing your balance and stability, and strengthening your entire body. This workout is a short 30 min. strengthening experience that requires persistence, endurance, and the willingness to work in overdrive. All levels welcomed.

It all begins here; boxing is a great workout that requires speed, agility, finesse, power, endurance, and mental toughness. Boxing 101 is a class that will teach you the proper boxing stance, footwork basics and punches. Everything you need to "hit and not be hit".
