RACHEL

Rachel is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. Rachel's style of Yoga integrates asana (postures) and pranayama (breath-work) with her background in dance and pilates.

Jose Molina
JOSE MOLINA

Jose Molina is a personal trainer at The Boxing District. He was introduced to boxing as a teen and has been in the boxing world for 20 years.
